Model of an Event Organizing Process for Virtual Job Fest

        COVID-19 has changed the way companies hire, perhaps permanently. Now the JOBSEEKERS are meeting the EMPLOYERS with their VIDEO RESUME from their HOME and giving JOB INTERVIEW sitting on their comfort couch or divan. The organization gets their required human resources without even giving a recruitment notice and calling a formal interview with a lot of other preparation. Due to the pandemic, experts predict that 80% of recruiting will remain virtual for the foreseeable future. Considering the ongoing pandemic situation, Skill. Jobs is now conducting a campaign, Virtual Job Fest for the graduating Students and Jobseekers Group in different Public and Private Universities.

        The Process Flow for organize Virtual Job Fest:

                     Step 1: Develop Concept

        In the preliminary stage,

        1. First need to develop a concept note about the virtual Job Fest. What, When, How?

        Note: In case of recommendation coming from the Top Management,

        Step 2: Invite a Team discussion Meeting

        To get final recommendation/approval from Top Management, details of the event and other necessary information will be sent to the CEO Sir.  Scheduled a discussion meeting for further arrangement

        Step 3: Event Preparation


        1. Make Committee and task checklist for execute the Event

        2. Planning with Management and fix Participant sector and Guest

        3. Invitation Letter Prepare with Consent of CEO sir and send to Tragert Group 

        4.Event Co-Organizer/Strategic Partner nominate from good Association like (BACCO, BASIS,, DCCI, BSHRM)

        5. Recruitment Partner Invitation for recent job opportunity and Proposed for Sponsorship.

        6. Inaugural session Speaker nominate for the Event

        7. Resource Person nomination from In house and others HR professionals from different organization

             Step 4: Event Promotional Activity

        1. Make Web Page and Registration Link (From Web Team)

        2. Banner and Promotional content prepare from Design section after confirmation the Chief guest and other guest

        3. Facebook Event Create for Promotion

        4. Email Template prepare and Send email to Target database from Smart Edu System or Official Email (Recommended to send email by Name)

        5. Coordination Meeting call with all relevant personal like (SMM Group, PR, Media Lab, IT, Event Committee member and CM Office)

        6. Communicate Career club from different Universities, make Ambassador to promote the event

        7.Collect promo video from HR personnel and resource person and promote on Facebook page

        Step 5: Event Day (Virtual Event)

        1. Ensure Streamyard/Zoom Link for guest and every Participants

        2. Ensure Technical support for the Program


        Step 6: Post event Work

        1. Ensure proper documentation of the event, including video.
        2. Letter of Gratitude send to the Guest and Participants
        3. Collect all CV which is stored against job offer and send to the respective Employer after initial screening.
        4. Posting press release and media coverage on website/ Facebook and other relevant social media
        5. Updating relevant websites
        6. Writing a press release and sending it to relevant parties et
