We all are aware about the COVID-19 pandemic and we all are passing days in a lockdown situation. We don’t know how and when we can overcome these situations. In this state day by day our mental condition becomes weak and restless. On the other hand, the mental condition of our family and relatives is deteriorating.
In these circumstances we should take special care of our own condition and our mind. We know that the mind is one of the biggest elements of a human being that keeps the whole human body moving.
For taking care of our mind, we all should know how we can keep our mind free and out of stress. From the psychological aspect, taking care of our mind is not that easy and not that too staffy. To know what kind of step we should take for taking care of our mind and family with the best basic knowledge of psychology, the Psychological Counseling Center of Office of the Director of Students’ Affairs (DSA Office) offers a short certificate course for the students for overcoming the situation and giving instant support to their family.
In the context of COVID-19, well trained, qualified and experienced psychologists from the Psychological Counseling Center of DSA Office and some of our Faculty Members will conduct the course through online to:
Provide awareness to people about their psychological and mental health
Enable them for self-management to achieve emotional sustainability
Help students to enhance their skills to deal with their emotional issues and trauma
During the course students will have the opportunity to discuss their emerging psychological issues due to the social distance
